Hornberg continues to work with Nectanet
Hornberg. Dominik Fehringer, Managing Director of Nectanet (formerly WRO), explained the network and its tasks at the municipal council meeting on Wednesday. He recalled that Hornberg’s honorary citizen Franz Kook had been involved in the founding of the former economic advisory board. This has resulted in a network that is second to none. After the name change, people all over the world understood what it was all about. Numerous delegations come and measure themselves against Nectanet’s work, including recently a delegation from Anton Häring KG in Bubsheim with 4400 employees. With more than 70 events, a sound barrier has been broken. It is important for start-up founders, who are urgently needed to secure the future, that they are not left to their own devices but benefit from intensive networking. Fehringer presented all activities, including how a platform can help in the search for skilled workers. The company is also active in medical care. Mayor Marc Winzer is delighted with the “professional business promoter”. Three Hornberg companies are also included. With the exception of one abstention (Eric Küffer), all councillors wanted to continue the cooperation with Nectanet GmbH and voted in favor of entrusting it with the provision of services of general economic interest as of 1 November.
