Nectanet takes over services

Lautenbach. The Lautenbach municipal council dealt with the resolution for the public entrustment of Nectanet GmbH. Mayor Thomas Krechtler explained that companies entrusted with services of general economic interest are exempt from the obligation to notify and obtain approval. In order to continue to prevent the financing of Nectanet GmbH from violating EU state aid law, a new entrustment act is required, which will apply from November 1, 2023 and is limited to a maximum term of ten years. The new entrustment act corresponds to the entrustment act adopted in 2014. The municipal council approved the formality for the provision of services of general economic interest for Nectanet GmbH (act of entrustment).
